The Allen & Heath ZED12FX is a versatile analogue mixer designed for live sound, bands, venues and recording. It combines 6 Mic/Line channels with 3 stereo channels, 4 AUX buses, an onboard FX processor and a USB audio interface.
The six mono channels feature DuoPre preamps with a 69 dB gain range, 3-band MusiQ EQ with sweepable mid frequency, a High-Pass filter, Insert and 48 V phantom power. Three stereo channels provide 2-band EQ and are suitable for stereo line-level sources.
The built-in 24-bit / 48 kHz FX processor provides 16 effect types, including reverbs, delays, chorus and flanger, with Tap functionality and adjustable effect parameters. The mixer also provides a 2×2 USB audio interface for stereo recording and playback, Stereo Return, 2-Track Return, an alternative stereo output and mono sum output.
