Refund policy

We provide a two-year warranty for all the goods we sell - even those for which the manufacturers give only a one-year warranty.

We offer only high-quality goods from the best manufacturers, as well as cheaper analogues tested by ourselves. We try not to include low-quality goods in our offer, which could cause problems for you and, therefore, for us.

If, however, the product you purchased has a hidden defect, contact us and we will agree on receiving the product from you and further repairing it or replacing it with an equivalent product.

The warranty does not apply to raw materials or materials with a limited operational resource (lights, faders, speakers, strings, etc.). The warranty only applies to damage that occurred as a manufacturing defect of the product or as a hidden defect during the delivery of the product. The guarantee is valid under the condition that the rules of use of the equipment have not been violated. The warranty period begins with the delivery of the product. We do not assume the obligation to compensate for losses or expenses incurred by you or other persons due to improper use of the product or the consequences of damage to the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by unprofessional or incorrect actions of the user, as well as mechanical damage, damage caused by: improper mains voltage, lightning, electromagnetic or other types of radiation or overload, exposure to high temperatures, liquid, dust or as a result of objects being exposed to or entering the equipment, as well as natural wear and tear of the product.
