Overview

Clarett+ 4Pre is a compact and flexible audio interface designed for recording different instruments. The four Clarett microphone preamps provide large-format studio sound. The analogue Air mode with impedance switching recreates the characteristic effect of Focusrite's ISA microphone preamps, adding clarity and presence to recordings.

Two high-impedance JFET instrument inputs preserve the character of a guitar and provide an amplifier-like feel. Independent A-D and D-A converters provide very low distortion and up to 124 dB dynamic range. Four balanced outputs are designed for monitoring, mixing and mastering. Eight ADAT input channels allow 4Pre to be expanded for recording sessions.

The package also includes plugins from Antares, Brainworx, Softube, Landr, XLN Audio, Relab and other manufacturers.
