The IP TESTER is a unique mobile service tool developed by Elation to test the integrity of any compatible IP-rated lighting fixture such as Elation’s PROTEUS series fixtures, after being opened for lamp and gobo replacement or repair. Unlike other IP fixture test devices currently available in the market, Elation’s IP TESTER has been designed to test for both Vacuum and Pressure leaks.
Features include an easy to carry rugged flight case, an easy to navigate 6-button LCD control menu display, testing progress bars to indicate remaining test time, preloaded Elation IP-rated lighting fixture model test presets, manual test setup for any compatible non-Elation models, fixture serial number input to keep track of fixtures tested, Micro SD card slot to store test reports, and a USB connection for PC software control.
The IP TESTER includes a 0.9-1.5m (3-5 ft) coiled air hose with quick-connect fitting, threaded M12 brass nozzle with push-to-connect fitting, 2 M12 x 1.5 nylon bolts, 1.8m (6ft) USB cable, 1.5m (5ft) IP65 Locking power cable, a Micro SD Card, and an easy to carry rugged case.
