The compact and portable Allen & Heath IP6 Six Rotary Remote Controller is a next-generation remote controller designed for install and live-sound/personal monitoring applications with AHM, Avantis, and dLive systems. The 6 assignable rotaries, with additional push-and-turn control, can be configured individually or as part of a "rotary strip". The 19 assignable SoftKeys deliver a comprehensive level of control for the user, while six color LCD screens give a clear indication of the parameter being controlled.

The IP6 can be powered using the included 12 VDC PSU or by the Cat5 control cable via a PoE-enabled device. Set up the remote controller free standing or mounted to a stand, pipe, or bracket using the 3/8"-16 threaded insert located on the underside of the unit.

Live: Personal Monitoring

• The IP6 can be configured to control the Send levels, Pans, and assignments of multiple channels to a specific mix on the dLive/Avantis, e.g. for wireless IEM use, giving musicians the freedom to control their own monitor sound.

Install: Easy-to-Use for Non-Technical Operators

• The installer or system integrator can configure the IP6 to provide the degree of control needed by the day to day operator, for example the levels of microphones and music sources in a room.

Rotary Control and Assignable SoftKeys

• The six rotary encoders are dual function with the second function being accessed via a push-and-turn action. There are six layers of control, accessed via softkeys, allowing control of 36 individual channels.

Simple to Set Up

• Connect: IP6 interfaces connect with the AHM, Avantis, or dLive mixing systems via standard TCP/IP Network connections and can be networked with other controllers, computer, and third-party devices using a standard Ethernet infrastructure.
• Configure: The IP6’s controls and functions are configured using AHM System Manager, Avantis Director, or dLive Director software (Windows or Mac), or via an Avantis mixer or dLive Surface.

Freestanding or Mounted

• Optional wall mount and mic-stand brackets are available so IP6 can fit neatly into all live and install scenarios.

Mix and Match

• Multiple IP Controllers (up to 32 per system) can be connected to an AHM, dLive, or Avantis system to provide control exactly where needed.

Low Maintenance

• The IP6 automatically matches firmware with connected devices for easy install and system maintenance.
