The XB-14-2 is a professional radio broadcast analogue mixer with 4 Mic/Line channels, 4 dual-source stereo channels and 2 Telco channels. It is designed for both self-operated broadcasting and studios with separate operator and producer positions.

The four mono channels feature DuoPre preamps with 69 dB of gain, a 100 Hz High-Pass filter, 3-band EQ with swept mid frequency, PFL, MUTE and fader-start sensing. The stereo channels provide 2-band EQ, while the Telco channels feature variable High-Pass and Low-Pass filters for optimising the frequency range of telephone signals.

The built-in stereo USB audio interface provides bidirectional audio transfer, while the dedicated Audition bus is designed for source auditioning and off-air recording. The mixer provides separate operator/producer and two guest headphone mixes, automatic control-room speaker muting, Start/Cue logic outputs for stereo channels and remote microphone mute control.
